I yawn as I pad into my warm den. It had been a long day of patrolling, as we had very few members in our clan. This meant everybody had to do extra to pick up the slack. I sit down and lick some moss from my chest. I hear somebody enter my den and look up. "Ashfang? What a pleasant surprise!" I exclaim.

"Ello there Mintstar, Whats up?" Asked the young warrior as she looked at the firey red leader with her crystal blue eyes shinning as she stretched and touched noses with him

I smile, in a much better mood now that my favorite warrior was here. "I'm doing well, how are you? I hope I didn't work you too hard with the extra patrols." I say, my bright green eyes flooded with concern.

I frown and shrug, "It's been hard with so few members in the clan, but I figure it's going all right." I purr and lick your cheek, "So what brings you here?"

Longlegs had returned to camp after taking her new apprentice on a patrol. She gave him order to go get something to eat then after to gather moss. The young silver tom gave Longlegs such a headache. The Deputy was on her way to the Leader's den to give Mintstar the daily report. The large tall she-cat stood outside the den and called from the den entrance, "Mintstar may I come in?"

I turn toward my den entrance, "Of course Longlegs, come in." When you pad in I let out a small mrow of laughter at your disheveled appearance. "Well well, I do hope your apprentice isn't working you too hard." I smile, "If you need I can organize the patrols tomorrow so that you can rest." I say, a sympathetic glint in my green eyes.

"Please Mintstar, do not concern yourself with me. I am not worthy of your kind words," the deputy spoke with a calm fully matured voice. Then her amber eyes shifted the grey she-cat who stood beside him. Longlegs only really spoke if it was need. So her social life was very poor. If she was ever to have a friendly conversation it would only be with Mintstar. To Longlegs everyone else was expendable. Their life was only to survive other who where greater. The only one who stood worthy to Longlegs was Mintstar and that opinion would never change. The she-cat turned her gaze back to the fire pelted leader, "Mintstar, all borders are normal. No Clan has dare set paw into NavyClan territory. Also about the territory, it has been able to hold much so food is not a problem as of now. Also to inform you on the general health of the Clan. No cat has been reported in the Medicine Cat Den nor has anyone in the Clan been weak."
